Barry S. Fagan

Mr. Fagan is a recognized expert in the State of Michigan in the area of employment law, and civil rights litigation. He has many years of experience representing people who are victims of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation for engaging in whistleblowing activities, and mistreatment by the police. Mr. Fagan has achieved significant jury trial verdicts and million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients.

Jennifer L. McManus

Jennifer Lossia McManus exclusively represents plaintiffs in employment related disputes. She works with her clients as they negotiate employment agreements and severance packages and represents them as they navigate their way through claims of discrimination, unlawful termination or illegal wage and hour practices.

Ryan O. R. Kobernick

Ryan Kobernick joined Fagan McManus, P.C. as an Associate Attorney and focuses her practice exclusively in plaintiff's employment law matters. Ryan started with Fagan McManus as a law clerk in May 2019, where she gained hands-on experience and training with Barry and Jennifer in all areas of employment law.
